Own the streets you drive
The mafia game you play by driving your real city. Every hexagon you pass becomes your turf. Rival Families scheme to take it back. Rise from Street Rat to Don.
Backers get a personal key to the full game, for your phone and your computer.

Your commute is the game board.
Turfagon runs on the drives you already make. Errands, the school run, a delivery shift: every block counts. No car handy? Remote play lets you drive the same map with gas.
Drive
Turn on GPS and go about your day. Every turfagon you pass pays street cash and adds up your real miles.
ROAD DOG BONUSES AT 5 · 15 · 30 · 60 · 100 · 200 MIClaim
Drive through open land and it's yours on the spot. Each turfagon has a Hold bar: your passes shore it up, rival passes chip it down.
HOLD +20 PER PASS · −12 PER RIVAL PASSBuild and defend
Put Corner Boys, Stash Houses, Chop Shops and Casinos on your blocks. Cash piles up while you're away. Hire guards before the Families come.
A TURF DAY IS 6 HOURS · 4 PER REAL DAYA whole life in the business.
Every screen below is the real game, captured from the full build.
Drive it. Claim it. Hold it.
Your city is split into hexagons called turfagons. One pass with GPS claims open land. Drive into a Family's block and you hit it hard: weak turf falls in a day, fortified turf takes a siege.
- Street Hustle: every turfagon you pass pays, and long drives build a streak up to 3x.
- Remote play: no GPS? Tap a glowing turfagon and drive there on gas that refills by itself.
- Lucky drops: cash, gas cans and the odd bag nobody's coming back for.

They think. They remember. They fight back.
Every rival Family is run by a boss with a personality, money, Heat and a rank, playing by the same rules you do. Their crews really drive the map.
- Plans: expanding, conquering, revenge, ambushes. You hear some of it as rumors.
- They learn your habits and strike where you usually aren't.
- Get too big and they gang up on you. Sit-downs buy a truce; break it and the whole town calls you a snake.

Cut them off on the road.
Catch a Family crew on its way to your turf and it comes down to muscle, gear and nerve. Fight, pay them off, or back down. Win and they turn around.
- Tall's gear: weapons raise your attack, armor your defense.
- Guards on your blocks: Muscle, Enforcers and Lookouts.
- Heat and the Feds: run too loud and a cop car rolls on your richest turfagon. Get there first.

Run it like a business.
The Books show every dollar in and out: Corner Boys on the street, your businesses, wages, and the Kick-up you owe the Commission. Short them, pay fair, or kick up extra and watch how the street reacts. There's another set, too. The clean one. In case the Feds ask.

A phone that talks back.
Dons text you deals and threats. Your crew, your family and your Ride or Die call and text. Pick an answer or type anything to anyone, and they remember what you said. Slick Nick tells the story of your rise, and The Daily Racket prints it.

Build a Family that outlives you.
You age for real: with time, and with the miles you drive. Find a Ride or Die, raise kids, and decide who takes over. When your Don dies, the heir inherits the Family, its turf and its history.
- Legacy: every generation adds income, up to +25%.
- Bloodlines: kids are born with traits from both parents, and how you raise them shapes the next Don.
- King of the City: break every Family in town while you hold 20+ turfagons, and the name goes down in your Family's history.

Everybody starts at the bottom.
You earn every title by holding turf and making money. Each rank unlocks new businesses, more defenders and room for more turf.
Never play while you drive.
- It counts on its own. Turfagon tracks your turfagons automatically, and every button hides while you're moving.
- Speed earns nothing. Anything over 70 mph counts as 70.
- Park first. Stop for a minute and you get a trip summary. Run your empire from there.

How do I get the full game?
Back Turfagon on Kickstarter. Every backer gets a personal key that works on two devices, your phone and your computer. Enter it at play.turfagon.com and the whole game unlocks, all the way to Don.
Can I try it for free?
Yes. The free demo is the real game up to the rank of Soldier and runs in your browser. There are no ads, no pay-to-win and no loot boxes.
Do I have to drive to play?
No. Remote play lets you drive the map one turfagon at a time with gas that refills on its own. Real driving with GPS is faster and pays street cash and mileage bonuses, but it's optional.
Is it safe to play in the car?
Never play while you drive. Turfagon counts your turfagons on its own and hides every button while you're moving. Park first, then check your trip summary.
What happens to my location?
Your location is used on your device to count the turfagons you pass. It is never sent to me, never stored on a server and never used for ads. Your progress is saved on your device. The privacy policy has the details.
Can I play against real people?
Not yet. Today your rivals are the game's own Families. Online Turf Wars, where real players share one map of their city, is the big Kickstarter stretch goal.
Who is it for?
Turfagon is rated 17+ for mob crime, violence and adult humor. It's for anyone who likes strategy and empire games, and a jackpot for delivery, rideshare and truck drivers, whose miles turn into turf.
